Located between Canberra and Batemans Bay its an ideal base to explore the region. Great for a couple's indulgent short break or for business travelers seeking privacy. Perfect place to stay if attending a wedding or conference at the various function centres. Private enough to hide yourself away, yet you're right in town and in easy walking distance to shops, cafes pubs & eateries.

An attraction that's located next door is the Park & Wallace Cafe. Its housed in a 2 storey building made of rammed earth and old bridge timbers and was built by the owner of Clyde Cottage. It has a log fire and mezzanine level with views north of Braidwood Wilson Hill. Internet connection is available and is open for breakfast and lunch 6 days a week.

Really just for two, should you need extra accommodation one extra person can be accommodated on the fold out bed.
